The training camp is an inspiring and fun-filled weekend that offers an excellent opportunity to improve your weightlifting skills. The personal approach makes it accessible to both novice and advanced lifters. The staff will equip you with technical and mental backing for the snatch and clean & jerk so you can get the most out of this weekend. We will help you improve your stability and mobility, and, last but not least, will try to make for a fun time together.

Domains

Snatch

On day one, the first and also the most difficult element in Olympic weightlifting will be addressed; the snatch. the snatch. Individuals’ points of development will be explored and we will offer effective solutions for the desired results. After having practiced applying the suggestions, we will proceed to the lift off!

Clean & Jerk

The second day will be devoted to the clean & jerk. The clean & jerk will be split into two for the sake of maintaining maximal focus per partial movement. Various additional exercises will add to the development of technique and will build confidence. After these drills we will offer you the chance to challenge yourself to a new level.

Core & Mobility

Even though training technique is the most important condition for improving the snatch and clean & jerk, stability and mobility are key factors that can constrain your progress. In the training camp, we will provide insight into the principles of core stiffness and mobility training. We will address the most effective exercises to help you improve your Olympic lifts. The reference document we provide you with will offer you something to hold on to after the training camp.

Additional exercises

The goal of this camp is to provide the guidance required to progress, to every participant, novice or advanced. In the practical sessions, the individual needs will be explored and will be focused on in the additional exercises. Those exercises are the most efficient and effective drills in Olympic weightlifting.
